What is a 'pengi'?
pengi films is a small outfit that makes films and shorts with tools available in the open source world.
The name 'pengi' is derived from the Japanese word for penguin: ペンギン (pengin). Not only are penguins a favorite of the founder, but they are the mascot of linux and many of the open source software applications widely (and freely) available from all over the world.
